To cook the Dew-Dipped Shrimp, you first need to unlock the Recipe for the Stir-Fried Shrimp. It can be purchased fromVerr Goldet at the Wangshu Innfor 5,000 Mora. It’s a one-time purchase—you can cook as many as you want after getting the Recipe.

How to Cook Dew-Dipped Shrimp in Genshin Impact
You can cook Dew-Dipped Shrimp on any stoveusing Yelan. It’s unfortunately not possible to cook the Special Dish if you haven’t pulled for her.
