Overwatch has built a compelling story over the past few years, and there is one thing that helps to push that story further still: the large and ever-growing cast of characters. One of the characters introduced with Overwatch 2 is known as Sojourn.
Sojourn is the call sign ofCommander Vivian Chase, a strong leader with cybernetic abilities. Her Canadian Special Forces unit teamed up with Overwatch during the Omnic Crisis, which is where Jack Morrison, aka Solider 76, discovered that the two of them work well together. This prompted him to reach out to Sojourn about joining Overwatch.
Within Overwatch, she would sometimesrun point for agentsin the field, and other times she wouldcommand the operations. Her biggest priority while at Overwatch was to ensure that all of her agents made it home safely. However, even though she loved Overwatch, shedecided to leaveit to pursue other opportunities.

Each character in Overwatch 2 has their own story that helps to explain and add to the overarching plot. With Overwatch 2, Blizzard has the opportunity to add even more characters and expand the universe.
