Wettable Powder is a level30recipe that can be created on theChemistry Table. You need an autumn flower calledCharm Blueand a spring flower calledCherry Grassto make it.
Keep completing the flower-related requests on the SEED task board. Along the line, the seeds for these flowers will be unlocked, and Ludmila will sell them in her shop. Plant them on your Ice and Earth dragons.
