There are a large variety of different items that you can find in Rune Factory 5. While some of these are easy to find and will be available from the start of the game, others will give you some trouble. Pom-Pom Grass is a plant type that will avoid you for the whole game unless you know how to unlock it.
You have to grow Pom-Pom Grass fromPom-Pom Seeds. The tricky part is that you will need to unlock the ability to buy the seeds from theflower shop, a facility that you will only unlock once you get further into Rune Factory 5’s main story. Once you have the flower shop, you can go to the request board to do a series of harvesting quests.

The quest you need to find isHarvest 20 Orangesand is given by Ryker. You can findorangesgrowing on trees around the map, and once you know where to look are easy to find. Once you turn in all 20 oranges, you will be able to buy Pom-Pom Seeds and Orange Tree Seeds.
