You can come here at any time if your item level is above 460. You will need to use theSturmbrechership to get here because of all of the ice in the way.

Medeia Isle has very few things to do in comparison to other islands because it’s relatively small. There are not so many Mokoko Seeds to find here, and there are no adventure quests. We recommend being far above the item level of 460 if you intend to tackle any of these bosses.
