One of the major factions being added to The Division Resurgence is the Freemen, who will be one of the primary antagonistic forces in the title. This faction has an obsession with scavenging and hoarding supplies of any kind and using that to create homemade weapons and armor.
The Division Resurgence offers a brand new story in The Division universe, following the first wave of operatives sent into New York after the catastrophe.
