Build your criminal enterprise in Saints Row
Once you’ve unlocked Saints HQ, you can access the empire table from the top floor of the HQ. This table will allow you to expand your criminal activities throughout the map. Building different operations will let you take over that map regions from the competing gang. These enterprises will earn you passive income, which you can withdraw from your Cash Transfer app on your phone.
