Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is introducing its first event. The Optional Opportunity event runs from April 8 through July 26, 2025. For the duration of the event, Fatemakers can head to the Tangledrift and Mount Craw zones for an increased chance of finding Loot Enemies.
Earlier this morning, the news came via the officialTiny Tina’s Wonderlands Twitteraccount. The event follows quickly on the heels of the release of the looter shooter.

Events were a huge part of Borderlands 3 with the addition of the Bloody Harvest, Broken Hearts Day, and Revenge of the Cartels events. These were eventually made permanent events that could be toggled on and off. We’re a long way off to see if this is a new model for the series going forward, but it wouldn’t be shocking as it was well-received in Borderlands 3.
That being said, this event is a little lackluster in terms of what players had previously seen. It is only an increased chance at loot in already existing zones. While it wouldn’t make a lot of sense to roll out new features and zones just yet, this event feels like a bizarre middle ground.
