Nintendo’s popular sport-centered game compilation series returns with Nintendo Switch Sports. Players can once again enjoy motion-controlled madness like it’s 2006 with a collection of sports new and old. While fans have been excited to get their hands on the nostalgic franchise, is it worth the hype?

Nintendo Switch Sports currently sits at a 75 onMetacritic, with most critics agreeing that it’s a solid sports party game. However, it lacks variation, launching with only six sports: Badminton, Tennis, Bowling, Soccer, Volleyball, and Chambara. While Nintendo Switch Sports will add golf in a future update, the current lineup is sparse.
