How to get Shikanoin Heizou’s Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
The Only Truth can be created using the Recipe forKatsu Sandwich, which can be purchased fromRyoko’s street food stallin Ritou for 2,500 Mora. It’s a one-time purchase that allows you to make as many Katsu Sandwiches and derivatives as you want. The exact location of her stall is circled in the image below.

How to cook The Only Truth in Genshin Impact
Shikanoin Heizou is the only character who can cook The Only Truth, so it’s unfortunately impossible to make this dish if you don’t own him. Upon opening the cooking menu, chooseKatsu Sandwich, then switch the character on the right toShikanoin Heizou. It can be made with the following ingredients:
If Heizou cooks Katsu Sandwich, there’s achancefor him to make The Only Truth instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
Difference between Katsu Sandwich and The Only Truth in Genshin Impact
The Only Truth grants a slightly higher Attack increase compared to the Katsu Sandwich. Otherwise, the two Recipes are fairly similar and are useful to consume before tough battles.
