Pokémon Go celebrated April Fools' Day 2022 by highlighting the sneaky PokémonDitto. The event only occurred on April Fools' Day and featured a Quest titled April Fools' 2-Oh?-22. This Quest can be difficult to complete now that the event has ended because the spawn rates of some of the featured Pokémon have returned to normal.

How to catch Ditto in Pokémon Go
Catching a Ditto to complete a step in Quest #2 can be a difficult task. The spawn rate of Ditto was increased during the April Fools' Day 2022 event, but now that it’s over, players may have trouble getting their hands on the Transforming Pokémon. To catch a Ditto, players must first find one hiding out disguised as another Pokémon. The only way to reliably tell if a Pokémon in the wild is actually a disguised Ditto is to catch it. At the time of writing, the wild Pokémon that can be Ditto when encountered areEkans,Gastly,Natu,Surskit,Finneon,Dwebble, andSwirlix.
