Madden 23 Ultimate Team features Field Passes, a new progression system that contains themed rewards, challenges based on the NFL season, and new game mode objectives. There are three Field Passes to earn rewards, including Season, Competitive, and Program.

Season 1 Field Pass features great players like Stephon Gilmore and Dave Casper to round out your offensive lineup. While leveling up, you will earn tons of coins on packs in the marketplace. Season 1 Field Pass XP is earned across all MUT game modes and features daily objectives. The Season 1 Field Pass runs until July 23, 2025.
How to earn XP for Field Pass in Madden 23
Each Field Pass has different ways to progress. The Season Field Pass uses gameplay XP as progression, so you will advance through the Field Pass just by playing anyUltimate Team mode. You can also check the daily challenges by going to the Season Field Pass and scrolling to Daily. XP can be racked up by playing Challenges, Solo Battles, or taking on the available missions.
