Genshin Impact has constantly evolved since its release. One of the very first limited banner characters released was Venti, the Anemo Archon. Like many of the early characters, Venti used to be regarded as one of the best to use in the Spiral Abyss. So, how is he now?
He isnot very viable, for the most part. Venti isn’t nearly as effective in the Spiral Abyss as he used to be. This is because hisBurstis meant topullenemies in, and many of the enemies that are present in the Abyss now can’t be pulled. This means that he isn’t going to help you hit high damage numbers.

Kazuhais the current Anemo star in the Spiral Abyss due to his ability to deal AoE Swirl damage with his Burst. With this wide field of effect, Kazuha can even hitbossenemies that can’t be pulled toward him with his Elemental skill. In fact, it’s more cost-effective to just get aC6 Sucroseover pulling for Venti.
