The Golden Apple Archipelago is back for Genshin Impact’s Summertime Odyssey event, which runs fromJuly 15, 2022, to Jul 12, 2025. During this period, you can loot a ton of limited-time Chests by solving puzzles in the summer islands.
In thepresent versionof the Minacious Isle, you’ll find an Astral puzzle that only unlocks after completing the quest segment ofThe Ancient Azure Stars. You can then use thePlace in Waterfunction to switch between the past and present versions of the island. Once you’re all set up, head to the area circled in the image below to find the puzzle.

How to solve the constellation Astral Puzzle in Genshin Impact
Look up at the sky to find the reference image for the puzzle. Your goal is to rotate the Star Guides to form the same shape as the constellation in the sky. After rotating a Star Guide, attack it to form a line that connects it to another Star Guide. If you want to break a connection, simply attack the Star Guide again.
Assuming that theconstellation is in front of you, reference the image above for the exact Star Guide rotations required to solve the puzzle. Remember that Star Guides can connect with each other in any direction, but you must make the exact connections prescribed above for this puzzle. Once you’re done, anExquisite Chestreward will spawn.
