Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War features Outbreak, a well-built Zombies game mode that many players enjoy. In this mode, you spawn on a fully accessible map with one major objective, the completion of which advances you to the next round. Here’s everything you need to know about Outbreak Collapse, a limited-time version of Zombies Outbreak.
How does Outbreak Collapse work in Black Ops Cold War Zombies
While in regular Outbreak, you can exfil or warp after completing an objective. In Outbreak Collapse, the gameplay and objectives change drastically. The Outbreak zone you are taken to is facing an imminent dimensional collapse, which means that the Dark Aether will consume the entire map.

Your objective here is tosurvive 10 minutes inside the Outbreak zoneuntil a chopper is sent for your evacuation. While 10 minutes may seem like a very short time, you’ll have to facefive Zombies wavesfor this duration. As such, the difficulty level goes up every two minutes.
Once these initial 10 minutes are over, you’ll enterwave sixof Outbreak Collapse, in which you’ll gettwo minutes to reach the exfil sitewhile a massive horde of Zombies chases you. Also, beware of the special Zombies,OrdaandAbomination Elite, which have the power to track you down easily.
