Diablo Immortal is the latest title in the Diablo series. It launched on mobile devices and PC, also offering crossplay and cross-progression. How to set up cross-progression in Diablo Immortal
This applies to mobile users, as those playing on PC will already be connected through the Battle.net Launcher. From the main screen of Diablo Immortal, click on thetop-left of the screenwhere you see it saysGuest. This will prompt you to sign into a Battle.net account.

Unfortunately, there is no real solution to this issue. TheDiablo Immortalforums recommendrestarting your device, which may have some limited success.
