This weapon usually drops from theRunic Chestsat the end ofPsiOps Battlegroundsmissions. you’re able to also get it as arank-up rewardfromFynchtoo. Alternatively, you can get your hands on this weapon byfocusing Umbral Engramsat the War Table at the H.E.L.M. Finally, if you’ve managed to complete 4 Deepsight Resonance extractions on this weapon, you will be able to unlock the pattern for crafting as well.
