To get this Datacard, you will want to head to theKlegger Corp Mining Facilitypart of the map. Here you will find a large set of stairs that take you up to a higher level. Takingthe leftmost staircasewill lead you up to a dead end. However, if you peeroff the edge of this platform, you will see some handholdsthat you may grab onto on the side of a pipe.
Using a character with a grappling hook, grapple over to the handhold. Then just jump around the pipe using the handholds, and you will eventually collect the Datacard. To be exact, it is right on thethird handholdof the pipe.
