To successfully harvest Shiny Stones in Dinkum, you need to obtain the following three items first:

While the Logging License and Basic Axe are required to mine any rock in Dinkum, the Stone Grinder is needed to craft specific items from these mined stones such asbags of cementand mineral ores. You can put your collected Shiny Stones one at a time in the Stone Grinder machine.
