This can be done with the help of Leif, a sloth who will appear on your island to sell you flowers, crops, and bushes to place around your island.
Where is Leif in ACNH?
Leif willrandomlyappear on your island and will stand in thePlazafrom 5am to 6pm selling plants. In addition, he does offer a weed pulling service for 100,000 Bells and will give you the hedge DIY after you shop with him an undisclosed number of times.
Leif is available from the start of the game, so it’s up to RNG when he appears. To access him more easily, you should unlock him on Harv’s Island.

How to unlock Leif on Harv’s island
Once you have at leastthree residentsmove to your island, you should be able to go to Harv’s island and speak with them about opening a plaza. Leif will set up a stall at the Plaza after youdonate100,000 Bells to his spot. Afterward, you can visit Leif daily to see what he is selling.
Leif offers all the same services from Harv’s Island as he does when he actually visits the Plaza on your island.
