The Under Pressure mission is an exciting one in Escape Academy. You must race against the clock to solve the puzzles here or fail and drown. This mission is divided into five floors, and we have styled this guide accordingly to make it easier. Here is how to complete the Under Pressure mission in Escape Academy.
Under Pressure Floor 1 – Escape Academy
Step One – Key and Tools
Start by opening thecaseto the left of the power box. This will start the timer, and the room will begin to fill with water. Grab thekeyand open thepower box. Turn the power off and interact with the glowing handprint behind you. Collect the tools and use thehammerto pry off theboardwith the heart on the wall. Turn the power back on to reveal the wordFear. Enter this into the keypad and climb up to Floor Two.
Under Pressure Floor 2 – Escape Academy
Step Two – Blue Valve
Note the signs on the wall with instructions for the colored valves. Use theclippersto cut thewireand get the blue valve. Place this on the door, and following the signs, turn the valves to these numbers.
Step Three – Rusty Key and Handicam
Enter the newly opened door and spin thecrankby holding it down. This pulls up arusty keywhich will open the lock in the center of the room. Take the newly acquiredHandicamand attach it to thehook. Spin the crank again to lower the hook and reveal the code,Will. Enter this in the keypad and continue.
Under Pressure Floor 3 – Escape Academy
Step Four – Blue Sheets
Grab the threeblue sheetslocated on the far pegboard, couch, and inside the box by the blue barrels. Place the sheets on the peg boards to spell out the code510. Use this to open the lockedpower box.
Step Five – Handle and Safe
You need to find the missing handle to operate the power on this floor. It is located in thesafe. The combination for the safe is located on thetoiletseat in the corner of the room by the pegboard. This is:
Once you do this, the safe will open and reveal the power handle. Place this in the box and pull it to reveal the codeSlowon the pegboards. Turn the power back on and input the code into the keypad.
Under Pressure Floor 4 – Escape Academy
Step Six – Strange Devices and Cipher
Go to the bench on the far side and grab the twoStrange Devices. Then, grab the cipher sheet to the left and turn to the letters on the wall. Deciphering them reveals the phrases,Under PressureandOver Weight.
Step Seven – Water Pressure and Water Weight
Locate the dials that readWater PressureandWater Weight. You will need to place the Strange Devices in the correct sockets. This is theUnder socketfor Water Pressure andOver socketfor Over Weight. This will spell out the wordYour, which is the code for the keypad.
Under Pressure Floor 5 – Escape Academy
Step Eight – Electricity and Smashing
When you enter the room,turn on the powerto get the electricity to flow through the pipes andsmash the cratewith the hammer. This will give you a map key, which you can use to determine the code.
Step Nine – Proper Flow
You need to get the electricity to flow to thesquaresthat havesmall metal triangleson their corners. This may take a few tries, but once you do, you can use the key to determine that the code isMind. Enter this into the keypad and progress to the top.
Step Ten – Escape Under Pressure
Finally, approach the door and turn to the keypad on the right. You need to enter the phrase,Fear WillSlow Your Mind, that you collect from each floor. This will open the door and allow you to escape undrowned and having completed the Under Pressure mission. If you’re able to complete this mission under three minutes, you will earn the Thresher Rusherachievement/trophy.
