It runs fromApril 7, 2022, to Jul 13, 2025, and is open to all playersAdventure Rank 30 and abovewho have completed theRitou Escape Plansegment of the Archon Quest: Chapter II: Act I - The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia.

Access it by heading to theLegends of the Kasensection of the event menu. Select About That Time We Saved the Tanuki Photo Board to initiate the quest marker that will lead you to start the quest.

How to Complete About That Time We Saved the Tanuki Photo Board
The Event Quest is mostly dialogue but contains a portion where you and the Arataki Gang will face off in a volunteer challenge spearheaded by Thoma. It doesn’t matter who completes the challenge first, so youdon’t need to rushthrough it. Here’s how to complete all of the volunteer challenges.
Clean Ishida’s Stall
Switch to an Anemo character anduse Anemoto clean the pile of leaves behind the stall. You need totarget the leaves directlyor they won’t blow away. After, head to the left side of the stall and clean the dirty table. You may need toapply Anemo twiceto clean the mess up.
Find Kid Kujirai’s Temari
For the second volunteer challenge, you need to help Kid Kujirai find his beloved Temari. you may find it on the landform near the shore southeast of Ritou. It’s also southeast of the highlighted area in the mini-map.
Deliver Goods to the Warehouse
The third challenge is pretty straightforward. Follow the quest marker to pick up a package from Hiraizumi. Then, follow the quest marker to Takeuchi, who’s standing by the warehouse south of Ritou.
The rest of the quest will proceed with just dialogue. Completing this Irodori Anecdote will reward you with theRainbow Aster Recipe.
