Trigon: Space Story has a unique bounty system that some might consider too difficult to manage. As the player destroys pirate ships, the bounty system increases. Pirates are more likely to attack and are more difficult the higher the system is. Lowering your bounty is fairly straightforward, but also time-consuming.
What will bring the bounty down in Trigon: Space Story?
You can only reduce bounties bykilling pirate captains and capturing their crew. Your bounty will be lowered if yousell the captured crew members to the space stationnearest you. Your ship must have a cryo-chamber for this to work. It is also possible to reduce your bounty by doing side missions, but it is not as effective as killing captains.

Leaving the current system is also helpful, but there are far too many pirates in each system. After entering a new system, your bounty is reset, but newer systems are often filled with more difficult enemies.
Our recommendation is to get a cryo-chamber as soon as possible since the pirates are restless, and it’s better to lower your bounty as soon as possible.
