Mega Evolutions has undergone a few changes, you will can now Mega Evolve from theraidand battleprepscreens. You will also notice an additional animation on the page of Pokémon that you already have Mega Evolved, and there is a new Mega Mastery system.

What is Mega Mastery?
Mega Mastery is a new way to level up your Mega Evolutions quicker. Here are the changes being made to help you do this.
The more you use a Mega Evolution, the quicker that Pokémon’s Mega Level will be increased. Each Pokémon has a chance to earn various bonuses when leveled up, like a higher chance to earn candy.
