There is a new game subtype in Warzone, Golden Plunder. But all is not golden with players trying to access the mode. Here’s what is going wrong and what we think may help. There are no official remedies at this point, but we have some things you’re able to try.
Why does the Golden Plunder server issue happen?
As you probably know, Golden Plunder is a subtype of Plunder mode in Warzone. Unlike regular Plunder mode,Golden Plunder has more playersand a larger cash pot. Since the addition of this game mode in July 2022, many gamers have been clamoring to enjoy it. The problem arises with the lack of stability of Golden Plunder because it is prone to server issues.
We don’t know exactly whyGolden Plunder has so many issues with kicking players or timing out, but we have acouple of theoriesbased on user reports. First, it seems possible that the new game mode is beingoverflooded with way more trafficthan expected. Second, it’s possible something went wrong with the creation of Golden Plunder, resulting in itnot being optimized for high traffic.
