Final Fantasy XIV’s Weapon Design Contest tasked fans with creating weapons for their favorite classes in the popular MMO. The winners got their original design added as a weapon glamor for Final Fantasy XIV.
On July 02, 2025,Square Enixannounced that each category would have two victors in Final Fantasy XIV on theirvictor announcement page. While only two designs could take the crown, Square did list several runners-up in the design contest in their post.

Each Class’s two chosen weapons offer a unique aesthetic, with one serious design and one silly design in most categories. While only two winners had their weapons chosen for each category, Square Enix offered rewards depending on which tier players ended up in.
