The game will also be playable throughNVIDIA’s GeForce NOWstarting July 18, 2025. This allows players on Mac, Chromebooks, and low-end computers to run the game smoothly through cloud-based streaming. Where is Genshin Impact unavailable?
Genshin Impact can’t be played onmacOS,Steam,Nintendo Switch,Steam Deck, andXbox. However, macOS devices will be able to run the game through GeForce NOW from Jul 01, 2025, onward. HoYoverse also announced a Nintendo Switch port in the works in 2020 but has yet to confirm an actual release date.
Meanwhile, there has been no news about Genshin Impact coming to Steam, Steam Deck, or Xbox, so it’s unfortunately impossible to play the game through these platforms.
