There are quite a few options to choose from, and there will likely be more added to the game as time goes on. These are purely cosmetic and offer no real benefit other than making your character look awesome.
FL4K Heads List
Here’s a look at some of the heads you’re able to purchase and find in-game for FL4K currently. As we understand it, there are 51 heads available for each of the classes. Some of the heads are available for each class and some are unique to the class.
Vip Rewards
VIP heads were heads that can be purchased via the VIP Program.The program was discontinued onMay 18, 2020.

Moze Missions or World/Monster/Slots Heads
These are heads you will earn while playing various missions in the game. You’ll want to complete as many story missions and side-quests as you can if you want to collect all the cosmetics. Some of these can also be dropped from enemies in the world or found via the Slot Machines in Moxxi’s bar, as listed on theGearbox Forums:
Crazy Earl Eridium Heads for FL4K
These can all be purchased via Crazy Earl and with Eridium Shards on Sanctuary 3!
DLC Heads for FL4K
DLC heads are heads players can earn for FL4k from DLC missions or from in-game purchases. The following heads are shown below, as listed on theGearbox Forums:

The following heads are available to those who purchased the Director’s cut of the game:
FL4K Event Heads
Event heads for FL4k were handed out during community challenges. Over time, these codes may become invalid while some will still work.
