Every Survivor and Killer in Dead By Daylight has three unique perks designated specifically to them. Only those characters can use their special Perks, and higher versions of them show up in their Bloodweb. It makes for a good enough excuse to try out different characters, if only to get their perks on your preferred character.
After a player prestiges a character once, the Tier 1 version of their unique perks will show up in the Bloodweb for all other characters of that type (Killer/Survivor). Tiers 2 and 3 will unlock when the character is prestiged the second and third times, respectively. This allows for useful character builds that can make it much easier to survive a match! Listed below are the Teachable Perks for each character.
