Final Fantasy XIV Online is receiving a fresh batch of content with its latest 6.1 patch. The “Newfound Adventure” update brings with it new side quests, storyline, and features. Here’s a list of PvP changes that you can expect in the latest Final Fantasy XIV patch.
The most interesting inclusion is the new game mode—Crystalline Conflict. It’s a 5v5 battle where teams compete to push a crystal into their opponent’s goal. Additionally, a collaboration with the popular Japanese show,GARO, brings in special mounts and equipment that can be equipped.
The patch also adds five new PvP actions, including Guard, Standard-issue Elixir, Purify, Sprint, and Recuperate. Other major adjustments to the arena include the following:
