Within New World, players can choose to be part of one of the three factions: The Marauders, The Syndicate, and The Covenant. The Marauders rule over Everfall, The Syndicate over Windsward, and the Covenant over Monarch’s Bluffs. Each has a slightly different style and offers different types of rewards to players for joining them.
All Marauder Faction Rewards in New World
Represented by green on their armor, equipment, and territory, players within this faction will receive militaristic armor that is heavy and imposing. Each faction offers its only special armor set, weapons, and trinkets. They have very similar stats and are mainly different based on cosmetics.

All Syndicate Faction Rewards in New World
Represented by purple, this group is very secretive and mystical. They wear concealing armor and accessories. Overall, they appear very roguish.
All Covenant Faction Rewards in New World
Represented by orange on their armament, the Covenant is a fanatic religious group. They are adorned in pieces that are covered in religious emblems. Most of their armor designs are similar to the Knights Templar.
